Sunny Gandara holds the Diploma from the WSET (Wine & Spirits Education Trust), a 2-year, internationally recognized professional certification in the wine industry. Sunny is a Certified Wine Educator and also has the Certified Specialist of Spirits title from the Society of Wine Educators. She is an Accredited Burgundy wine educator as well as a certified Spanish Wine Educator.
In addition to her passion for wine and spirits, she is a graduate from the Institute of Culinary Education in NY. Sunny earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. Before entering into the food and wine world full time professionally, Sunny worked as a Marketing Executive in the music industry for nearly a decade, overseeing the international careers of many widely known artists.
She’s currently the owner of Fork and Glass catering company with her husband and chef, Mark Gandara. Fork and Glass stresses on simplicity and flavor. “We also believe that wine and food belong together; that one should always be enjoyed with the other.
